It would be interesting to see if the prediction of the trends actually came true since authoring.

My concern is that there is a tax benefit (for the government) to promote "sole custody" and "majority access" situations. Whereby the government actually makes more income from these situations. Not that it is a "dark government" conspiracy or anything... :P
