We also use law clerks and experienced paralegals to prepare first drafts of many documents for the same reason - so that you as a client are billed for their time at a lower hourly rate than our attorney rate. Some matters, such as uncontested divorces, are billed at a flat rate. Marilyn's negotiating skills result in settlement of an overwhelming majority of cases.
