Our attorneys are skilled in dealing with all matrimonial problems, such as equitable distribution, evaluation of marital assets and pension plans, spousal maintenance, child support, custody and visitation, as well as the negotiation, drafting and preparation of separation and prenuptial agreements tailored to meet the specific requirements of the parties involved. We are equipped to handle all contested matters in the Matrimonial Part of the New York State Supreme Court and the Family Court, and we have enjoyed a consistently high rate of success in negotiating settlements of such matters. In the field of mental hygiene law, we handle all phases of conservatorship and guardianship proceedings, including applications for appointments of and preparation of accountings by conservators and guardians.
