Description: Tom Hildner, who has handled divorce and custody matters for over twenty years, spearheads the firm’s matrimonial practice. Tom is a member of the Family Part of the New Jersey State Bar Association and has tried dozens of divorce cases throughout northern New Jersey. He has developed an expertise in equitable distribution cases that involve professional practices and has represented doctors, lawyers, accountants and financial consultants or their spouses. These cases require substantial expertise in all aspects of business, including the involvement of forensic accountants, real estate and industry experts.
