Description: The firm has a large matrimonial department. Our matrimonial attorneys represent clients in the areas of divorce, separation, child custody, domestic violence and appeals. We are negotiators, litigators and arbitrators. Two of our partners, Patricia Barbarito and Bonnie Frost, practice exclusively in the family and matrimonial law areas and are Certified by the Supreme Court in Matrimonial Law. Ms Barbarito, past Chair of the Family Law Section of the NJ State Bar Association, provided information to the Legislature while it addressed divorce reform bills. Ms. Frost has been presented with the New Jersey Displaced Homemakers Network of NJ award by Governor Christine Whitman, and has recently written a book called "What To Do If. Woman's Legal Rights in New Jersey."
