Description: The Firm handles all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce, custody, visitation, child support and property settlement agreements. The Firm also handles guardianship proceedings and adoptions. At the request of the court, the Firm represented the child in Maryland’s first "Baby Jessica" case involving the competing rights of biological and adoptive parents. The Maryland Court of Appeals followed the recommendations of the child’s counsel and foreclosed the rights of the biological parents. In Re Adoption A91-71A, 334 Md. 538, 640 A.2d 1085 (1994).
