Postnuptual Agreements - formalizing agreements between spouses regarding financial issues or other personal circumstances in the event of a divorce; such agreements attempt to keep the focus on maintaining the maital union. Paternity Determination - a matter brought into court to determine the identity of a child's legal father; either the biological father or mother can initiate a paternity action.
