Description: Bonnie's practice involves domestic relations mediation, arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, including med-arb, settlement conferences, and fact finding. Bonnie is certified as a mediator for domestic relations and commercial mediations, and is a Shared Parenting Support Program trained therapist. Bonnie's practice also includes Guardian ad Litem , child's legal representative, and Special Advocate work, as well as step-parent adoptions, simple wills, and nuptial agreements. Bonnie is highly respected in the legal community, and has earned Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating – AV. She is currently serving her third term on the Executive Council of the Family Law Section for the Colorado Bar Association, and was elected Treasurer for 2001-2002.
